We went to Somers Cafe for breakfast which was busy. We were told a fifteen minute wait which turned out to be a half an hour. Once seated it was close to an hour before we received our breakfast. The food was OK but there was nothing that I would call special about it. I will say, the waitress was nice enough but I am not very incentivised to return.

The food in this local restaurant is excellent. Lot of options and meal portions are very generous. We took their fresh bread to go and it was very good. The restaurant is beautiful, only a few blocks away from the lake, full of flowers and plants and lot of outside seating options in front and in the patio area.

Somers Bay Cafe is a quaint, wonderful restaurant where the buttered toast is stupidly huge, and the potatoes are deliciously roasted. Atmosphere is spot on, and I even spotted a couple of fliars for local community donation and involvement. If the only downside I have to say, is that my party of 7 waited well over an hour for food, from seating to food served. However, in their defense - all our food came at the same time, and it all was hot and fresh (especially the bucket of donuts, good lord that was FRESH).

Best breakfast in the Valley, especially since Farmhouse closed in Lakeside. Can be busy at times, but it's a great cozy place with amazing food! I love that the new owners haven't tried to change anything.

Probably our favorite breakfast place in the area. It has a cozy, cute, farmhouse style to it. Service, though somewhat limited by staffing levels sometimes, is always excellent, notably friendly and caring. Food is good and has some unique offerings. Be sure to get their house-made fresh bread for your toast! They also have a bucket of donuts you can get! They do have plenty of items you can order for gluten-free people, including gluten-free toast. This is a regular visit for us.

One of the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had voy it with greeen chills and chorizo. They definitely put their heart and soul into the food!!!

I’ve been here about 3 times in the last 6 months and every time was great! I always give the waitress my top 3 and take their recommendations. I brought my grandma here the last time I was in and she really enjoyed her loaded grilled cheese of some sort and onion rings. There always seems to be exactly enough tables for anyone who comes in so I’ve never seen a wait. Love the shareable donuts!
